Great information at the Beautiful Me blog

May 10, 2007 by Tricia

I really like Belisi Fashions “Beautiful Me” blog. The blog just began in January, but it contains a lot of useful information that I’m sure most women would find interesting.

The blog discusses new skin care products and lines, the latest product and beauty related trends, beauty and spa treatments, cosmetic procedures and so on. One of the latest posts discusses products that can give you a fake tan in minutes. Considering that it’s now Spring in many parts of the world I’m sure many women are interested in getting a little color and adding some glow to their skin without the dangers of sun tanning and damage from sunburning. The article is certainly timely.

Business women, stay at home moms and blushing brides to be can all get something out of the Beautiful Me blog. Drop by and see if you can find some useful information.

Slant board inversion therapy

May 10, 2007 by Tricia

Have you heard of inversion therapy? If so, you’re probably familiar with the version where people actually hang upside down by their feet or legs. While there are benefits to that particular form of inversion therapy it too can be hard on your body. Particularly if you already have a back problem. These positions can often be quite uncomfortable too.

A gentler and much easier form of Inversion therapy is through the use of slant boards. Slant boards have often been recommended by such specialists as chiropractors, colon therapists, doctors and other health professionals.

Slant boards can be used to reduce fatigue, relieve stress and to strengthen and firm muscles.

Inversion therapy is said to relieve fatigue and stress by taking some of the pressure off the bodies organs.

Considering that your body is only slightly inverted – head down, feet up on literally a slanted board, the position is much easier on your body and much more comfortable over all. I can see how this kind of inversion therapy might help relieve the stress on a person with a sore back, or even a pinched nerve in their back. Also, perhaps this is why colon therapists recommend the slant board as well. People with pinched nerves in their back can and often do have problems going to the washroom. Perhaps relieving some of the stress on the nerves of the back also helps the bowels to function better too. Also, if the board helps you strengthen your muscles we all know that strong stomach muscles help a bad back. It makes sense to me.

Certainly if I were going to try inversion therapy I would be more likely to try a slant board over the totally upside down method of inversion therapy. Since it’s a more natural position for our bodies I’d think that I’d be more likely to use it regularly.

What do you think? Has anyone tried using a Slant Board or other forms of Inversion therapy before? What was your experience like?

What happens when you’re gone?

May 9, 2007 by Tricia

If you’re married do you ever think about what will happen to your spouse and or kids when you pass on? Especially if it happened sooner rather than later?

Chris and I have been kind of dumb. Considering how sick I’ve been, and his scare with a heart problem a few years ago we still haven’t taken out any kind of Death insurance. You know, money that would be paid to the spouse or beneficiary in the event of an accidental or untimely death.

I guess I shouldn’t think negatively, but my grandmother on my fathers side died when she was quite young, younger than i am now and what with some of our family history and my being sick I can’t help but think of things like that occasionally. I guess since I’m thinking about things like this it’s time to take care of it.

Have you prepared for the future?

What a day!

May 7, 2007 by Tricia

I can’t believe how wiped out I am! I thought I got a fair amount of sleep last night but it’s been a draining day. Something very upsetting happened this morning right before I had to go see my pain doctor and between that and the visit with the doctor who contradicted herself several times I just felt put off all day.

I think I’m just going to take it easy tonight. Spend some time with my husband relaxing and watching TV.

Become an entrepreneur and market the worlds 1st healthy coffee

May 3, 2007 by Tricia

I’m certain that a number of you who read my blog regularly are coffee lovers. I’ll even go so far as to bet that many of you start your day with a cup of Java too.

Unfortunately we keep hearing that too much coffee isn’t good for you. Well, wouldn’t it be nice to be able to drink what is being claimed as the worlds 1st Healthy Coffee? That’s right, there is now a coffee that’s actually better for you than regular coffee.

This new coffee, being marketed by Shane Morand, is non acidic, has no added chemicals, and contains less than half the caffeine of regular coffee. This coffee also has over 200 health enhancing nutrients which includes over 150 all natural and organic anti-oxidants.

People who drink this coffee claim that they feel their energy increase, and feel less tired overall.

What’s more, Shane is now opening up his enterprise and taking on affiliates. He’s been marketing this new blend of coffee for over 37 months just by word of mouth alone and he’s already built this into a multi-million dollar enterprise. He’s looking for serious individuals who’d like to get involved in this opportunity. He says that he can help those interested build a steady stream of monthly residual income.

If you are interested in learning more about this opportunity go to the page that I’ve linked to above and fill out the form. Shane Morand will contact you and talk to you about this new coffee. You can also listen to to a 24 hour recording by calling the number at the bottom of the left text area on the page too.

It can’t hurt to learn more about it.
