Craving Chocolate

November 19, 2010 by Tricia

Do you ever get food cravings? I don’t know what’s up with my body, but for most of this past month I’ve been craving chocolate like crazy!

Don’t worry .. I haven’t been giving in to the cravings .. well, ok, just after Halloween when we still had some Halloween candies around, yes, I did indulge in some chocolate, but I knew if I kept giving in I’d soon need something like hydroxycut to get rid of the extra weight I’d gain from eating all those empty calories! LOL Plus, when you eat sweet stuff you seem to crave more sweet stuff – at least I do anyway!

I think my hormones are out of whack this month. Maybe it’s because I quit smoking in October?

Anyway … did you see last nights episode of Bones? After what they found in that big chocolate bar I think I’m off chocolate for a while. Maybe the show cured my cravings.

I find it hard to resist chocolate too! Just a little piece a day usually gets me over that though. After all, chocolate contains healthy omega fats and is known to stimulate the brain (and relieve my cravings). Definitely better for the health then smoking!
