I need new body parts!

October 3, 2009 by Tricia

So last week I wrote a post about how crappy I was feeling due to a really bad Crohn’s flare. I swear the pain I was feeling was just like appendicitis. Awful!

As the week progressed I started to feel a bit better but then I got a few cankers in my mouth – another side affect for people who have autoimmune diseases.

Anyway … I’m feeling a bit better, but I could be feeling a whole lot better. Still it’s progress! Hmmm I think I need to get some kind of extended service plan for my body! LOL Somehow I don’t think I’d qualify.

I’ve recently gotten over a spate of illness so I kinda know how you feel! Maybe we should search ebay for some spare body parts? 🙂

Blogging Guide … well if anybody sold spare body parts we’d be likely to find them on eBay! LOL

Aww… that’s awful. Is there a cure for Crohn’s disease? Well, we all hope that you will feel better soon. Body pains really suck, especially if you have to work. 🙁

Brochure printing – no there’s really no cure for Crohn’s disease. It causes the bowels to become inflamed (swollen) and makes it difficult for them to work properly ie digestion problems and uhm … waste passage problems. The inflammation can also cause scar tissue to develop which can lead to strictures (severe narrowing of the bowels) and bowel impaction (blockages).

I take medications to keep the inflammation down and some that help with digestion and of course the pain (the constant pain!). In all I take something like 24 pills a day! And still I have problems. sigh.

I wish there was a body part machine that would produce the type of body parts that we wanted and made us healthier. In all seriousness though, I’ve heard Crohn’s disease is tough to deal with sometimes. So I wish you the best and hope that you stay as healthy as possible.

You should try to detox. If I was you I would go on a straight juice diet. It will help reboot your bodies systems. It would be very beneficial for you.
