I can’t believe how cold it is here! It’s -3 Celsius (26 F) right now!
We still haven’t done much to prepare our garden for winter. Who am I kidding we’ve barely cleaned up the fallen leaves! I guess we’ll have to go out into the yard later today and freeze our butts off and get all that work done or at least start it. It normally takes about two full days to do all the garden winterizing work. I’m not looking forward to it.
I know it’s not that cold, but I have fevers all the time, and when your running a fever even a reasonable temperature can make you feel cold.
The next thing I want to do is maybe get one of those car covers. A really heavy duty one. We live close to work and mainly only drive our car about once a week to go to the grocery store or to visit friends and our car is starting to get old. I’m afraid that all that exposure to snow and ice is going to make it start to rust out. I don’t know if a car cover would protect it that much but at least our doors won’t freeze shut like they normally do!

I can’t even imagine what it would be like to have 26 F temps in Texas. The temp in Dallas today was 78 F and I am so looking forward to the cold weather as I am a cold weather person. I really like it. On Turkey day it is supposed to be a very cold 56F in Dallas. Yippee!!! Your postings are so wonderful. I just love reading from all your sites.
