As a former small business owner, and now a webmaster for more than 15 websites, I’ve learned quite a bit about marketing and promoting over the years.
Back when I had my jewelry trade business few companies had websites on the internet. Now, it’s almost unheard of to not have one.
The trouble is that not all business owners – big or small – are webmasters. As I look through their site I’ve become more and more impressed by the amount of services offered and the wealth of information on each and every page. Some SEO company websites just list their services and don’t really explain what each service really is or why these types of services or techniques are important to anyone who owns a website. You can actually learn quite a bit just by reading through the site if you are so inclined.
I’m also impressed by the partial client list on their About page. They have quite a few Fortune 500 corporations listed as clients. HTP Company has to be good at what they do to have secured such high profile companies as clients.

Before I stop gushing about this SEO company I should tell you that they also have a business directory where they list professional web sites and businesses. You can write to them to request that they view your site and add your link to their directory.
A couple of good resources are seobook.com and buy-text-link-ads.com these are two resources our company uses. seobook has a lot of great info on the site. We optimize our client sites at no charge but most companys need some sort of aditional marketing to really be found. what use is a site if no one knows about it. I’m going to check out HTP they sound like a great resource, we’re always looking for people to recomend for our clients.
I’m going to go check out their site. You have to be careful buying links to boost your ranking. Google frowns on bought links unless they are labeled or tagged as nofollow. The best seo companies gain you links through link baiting.
I know from my experience that buying text links really helps. And in my opinion that is all you have to do for your seo strategy apart from getting as many free one way links you can of course. One way links are heaps more powerfull than reciprocal links. I can tell you that from my one experience. Even when you are requesting a link from a website ask for a 3 way links exchange.
Alot of the people I know is using indian seo companies to optimise their sites for search engines. This is because they are cheap. I have found though, that they merely just submit to tons of directories which infact could get websites banned instead of high ranked. The site you looked at seems to have more knowledge.
I have been advised that if you must buy links, only buy them during the initial stage of your website launch. This is because text links are just not natural and you just need to have them initially just so that you can get indexed relatively quickly. Not so much of getting ranks.

Always hire a professional seo company with good track records, just dont try those cheap low cost freelancer, you may get your site is the high risk of being penalise by search engine if they using many blackhat methodology.

These are some great tips. You mentioned quite a few times that titles are a very important part to getting people to find your link on Google. I couldn’t agree more.
