Old TV Series

August 2, 2007 by Tricia

When I’m up late at night I tend to have the TV on to keep me company as I work on the computer or read forums.

Lately I’ve discovered that some old comedy series from the late 80’s are on in the wee hours. At the moment I’m watching “Mad About You”. Do you remember that show? Paul Reiser and Helen Hunt. In a little while Grace under fire and Married with children will come on.

Speaking of Married with Children … We’ve started watching the HBO show John from Cincinnati on Saturdays. Now that’s a strange show! Ed O’Neill who played Al Bundy on married with Children plays a fairly eccentric but serious character on John from Cincinnati. It’s interesting to be watching his Al Bundy character and then see his very different style of acting on the new show.

Do you watch any of these shows?

I’ve only seen ‘Married With Children’, so will always associate the actor with Al Bundy.

I never thought I would miss that show and those times. Christina Applegate looks so weird as a 40-something woman to me! I’ll always see her as Kelly in a way though.

What happened to Bud? And the dog? lol
