It’s been so quiet today. I’m used to getting a lot of comments on all of our blogs and while we’ve had some there’s been a lot less today.
Did everyone go on holiday or away for the weekend?
We haven’t taken real holidays for a long time, but usually when I did it was either the first two weeks of July or the last week of July and first week of August. Somehow those dates always seemed to be the best times to go on holiday. Perhaps some of my regular visitors think like I do and went away this, the last week of July.

Well personally, I am a Network Administrator, so I work on computers 8-5 M-F every week, so come the weekend I really don’t want to be on my computer at home all that much. Some weekends, I don’t even turn it on. Winters are a little different, since sometimes all I want to do is stay in, stay warm, and just waste some time. Middle of summer though, I’d rather be outside, taking in the sun, golfing, working on cars, taking care of the yard or house, etc.
