I don’t know why, but I’ve been attracted to vibrant colours this year. Remember all of the tulip photos I posted through the spring? Almost every one of them was a vibrant orangish colour.
I’m still at it!
The lilies are just about done blooming in my garden and naturally the ones that grabbed my attention the most were the orange tiger lilies:
Don’t worry, this passion for color hasn’t spread to my clothing choices! I’m not wearing vibrant orange pants and lemon yellow tops or anything. Ew … why do those two colors together make me think 70’s? I’m very fair skinned with auburn hair – believe me, I don’t look good in orange.
Have you found that you’re suddenly enjoying a colour that you pretty much ignored in the past?
this happened to me this year! i’ve talked about it on my blog too. I’ve been going from dark colours to cool and lively colours lately. weird.
