Diet supplements?

One of my friends recently started dieting. She’s been working out, jogging, watching what she eats and now she’s started taking hydroxycut. This is a supplement that’s supposed to help you lose weight fast.

She asked me what I thought about the product and I just don’t know much about it. Has anyone tried hydroxycut? I think she’s been doing well with her weight loss plan so I’m not sure that she needs to do much else.

    I’ve never heard of it myself.

    I think the bottom line with weight loss is eat less, exercise more. I don’t think drugs are useful in this area – once people stop taking them, they put the weight back on unless they have made serious lifestyle changes.

    Tricia, you really should be careful with any supplement that affects your body’s hydrometabolism. There are number of websites out there that offer a great product review. Be sure to check out “hydroxycut reviews “on google. Weed out any affiliate or competitor sites to get the best understanding. Thanks for the post, you’ve got a great blog!
