Free piano lessons newsletter

June 13, 2007 by Tricia

If you’ve always admired others who have the ability to play a musical instrument or perhaps have always wanted to learn how to play the piano, now’s your chance.

Playpiano.com is a website where you can sign up for the Free piano lessons email newsletter for adults on “Piano Chords & Chord Progressions”. This email newsletter is sent to you for no charge every five days or so. All in all you’ll get a total of 101 issues.

When I visited over the website for more information it looks like you’ll be taught how to read chords first and foremost since they are the basis of all music. If you understand chords you should be able to play anything.

If you enjoy the free piano lessons that you’ll get through each newsletter installment you might decide that you want more in depth lessons. If so, you can purchase full piano courses for adults on DVD and CD.

If you do well with your lessons you’ll soon be entertaining your family and friends. Perhaps you can have your own musical entertainment nights?

Visit the site to get more information.

that might have been nice – IF we had a piano! *lol* We ought to have one, because Mr L plays piano very well.

He use to play every week when we go and visit my mother at the elderly home. Poor Mr L, no piano at home to practise at! We haven’t got one because we don’t know if we’re going to move or not, o no need to get a heavy piano here if we’re moving out again 🙂

I know! I’d love to have a piano.

We used to have a piano in the house when I was growing up and I had piano lessons too but it’s been a long time since I played piano.

Now we live in a fairly small house and we really don’t have room for piano … but we do happen to have two electric keyboards that we rarely use. Maybe I will sign up for the piano lessons. I could apply them to the keyboard and brush up on my skills again. Hmmm maybe …

It’s great that you can sign up for free piano lessons and try it out. With the right motivation you could be playing the piano like a maestro after 101 lessons. The other thing that is important for adults is playing their favourite songs on piano or keyboards. You can really impress our friends at a party or on the hotel grand piano if you can tickle the ivories with that favourite tune from Cold Play, U2 or Billy Joel. This other site might give you a few pointers along those lines… easy piano lessons

its pretty awesome that people actually offer free material, however It needs to be quality. I tend to find that most of the “free” newsletter material these days is not the highest of quality, but when you actually find one that is valuable its super nice that people take the time to offer value to newbies.

I have played the piano for 4,5 years myself and would not consider myself a beginner, but will definitely check this out. Thanks for the link, I will check it out!

Always hire a profession to tuned or repair your piano. Don’t attempt any “home repairs” on your piano. Although it may appear easy to fix yourself, an innocent mistake can be costly. It is cheaper to hire a piano tuner than to buy a new one right? Let a technician do it – they have the right tools, replacement parts and expertise to do the job right the first time.

I am actually looking for some freebies like this. I don’t own a piano but I do have a keyboard. I guess the free lesson will also be applicable to keyboards right? Just got interested in using our old keyboard but not that eager to enroll in a piano class.
