Wordless Wednesday
It was so hot here yesterday that I only wish a car filled with people armed with water guns would have driven by while I was outside!
Wow take a look at the drivers seat! Was this a prank or were they trying to get somewhere? I really don’t know.
Looking at this, well the water gun made me thing of running through sprinklers when I was a kid. That was always fun.
We do have a water gun but I use it to spray the pigeons and squirrels that keep coming into my garden. It’s fun and it works! for a little while anyway.

If you wouldn’t have said so, I would have said that was part of a parade. great shot and really funny.
Did that car actually run?
Definitely an interesting photo!
Heh heh. I thought my car back home was in bad shape. At least I had a drivers seat.
whatever it is , the picture is interesting enough.
Wow, umm, thanks for that, my boys happened to be by the computer and are now planning something like that for something or other they are mumbling about, or for paintball. Thats just what I need sitting in my yard, like all the half bikes aren’t bad enough!
howdy Trish?
with that kind of car, you wouldn’t worry about it being stolen. ๐ ohhh… maybe scavengers will think it’s a piece of junk and tow it away to the nearest junkyard in exchange for a little cash.
It must be a budget taxi!
ROFL! Great WW!
Great shot! ๐
All I can say is that car is a french car – Citroen 2 cheveaux – that has been severely modified. That car could run no matter what! LOL
They are not made by Citroen anymore but they were very popular in their times. An absolute French Legend!
Happy WW! ๐
As they say “one man’s junk is another man’s car” Yeah I made that up. That’s a great pic.
What a great looking CV2 Duck.
I think the seat is an upgrade from the bucket that comes as standard in that model.
Thanks for the laugh, thats a great photo! You know, I use a water gun to train cats to not scratch furniture. They quickly learn that scratching furniture is unpleasant and they stop doing it pretty quickly. Recently I wondered if the same technique would work on a husband…..LOL!
Cheers!
I have not seen one of those cars in years. I am completely “wordless!” Talking about the drivers seat, it looks like a wicker chair. Original concept indeed!
Nice picture, did you take it yourself, or was it from somewhere online?
>>Isabelle – those 2CVs are truly appalling… an ex-gf had one 10 years ago, and it complained going up a hill, with just two people in it. The engines were laughably underpowered.
Don’t get me wrong, character wise, they are nice little cars, but as practical transport, if you live in a valley for example, certainly not the best.
Or it could just be that it was owned by an ex-, so maybe I’m letting the owner cloud the judgment of the car ๐
