June 11, 2007 by Tricia

As we age our bones lose calcium. So it’s important, whether you are male or female to try to prevent calcium loss in order to keep our bones strong and healthy throughout our lives.

Exercise helps to maintain bone health, as does taking calcium supplements, such as AlgaeCal Plus and Strontium Boost.

Both of these supplements will not only help you slow bone loss, but they will also help you build and strengthen your bones and prevent debilitating disorders such as osteoporosis.

AlgaeCal Plus and Strontium Boost are said to be the first ever combination of all the proven bone building ingredients from around the world. AlgaeCal, the manufacture of these supplements, states that when taken regularly your bones with grow stronger and healthier within 6 months.

A recent clinical study revealed that those taking AlgaeCal Plus and Strontium supplements had an increase in their bone mineral density within 180 days. That means that these supplements actually stimulated bone growth!

If you’re concerned about the health of your bones you should visit the AlgaeCal website where you can learn more about these supplements, the ingredients used in them, and the clinical and case studies that the company has conducted using AlgaeCal Plus and Strongtium Boost.

Supplements are great to prevent osteoporosis, but a life style with exercises and a balanced diet including low fat dairy products are the first step to prevent bones ailments.
