Yet another Rose

Yves Piaget

This rose is the lovely Yves Piaget, from the Romantica Rose Series.

It has a light yet heavenly scent, full multi-petaled blooms and a dusty rose color. The blooms last approximately 5 to 7 days.

I was just thinking that with about 60 different rose plants I could put a photo up on all my site each day for a whole year or more with all the photographs that I’ve taken of them over the last few years. Hmmm well it’s an idea anyway. LOL

Gardeners, Plant and Nature lovers can join in every Sunday, visit As the Garden Grows for more information.

You could start a 365 photo album of just roses. Another gorgeous rose. I love the name. With a French name, how could it be anything less than Romantic!!

I posted a pic of my Christmas Cactus. I’m going to try and get a better shot next week!

    Hope you are feeling better!

I want summer back now, please?

It’s 19 degrees, it’s raining ice, and the wind dried out my face. My lips turned blue, my fingers shriveled inside my thinsulate gloves and my toes went numb, and all I did was walk across the street.

Can you order summer again for me?

Wow the flower doesn’t look real!
    It looks like shiney wax!
    Beautiful!

Lovely rose with unusually shaped petals, I´d like to see more of that kind of roses of your garden and of course enjoy your summer at least virtually.
