Dr. Clevens

November 3, 2006 by Tricia

I was wondering if anyone has heard of, or had any work done by a Dr. Clevens?

I used to work for a plastic surgeon and one of my friends that still works in cosmetic surgery was telling me about Clevens Cosmetic surgery in Melbourne, Florida. One of her friends is working for the doctor and says that the clinic specializes in facial plastic surgery. I was looking at some of the before and after photos and it looks like Dr. Clevens does very good work.

The reason why I was wondering is because my husbands cousin was born with a cleft palate and hair lip and she’s had extensive reconstructive surgery in the past. She’s looking around to get her final surgery done.

i had surgery with Dr. clevens and so has one of my friends. run…. as fast as you can. he is nasty. he did my nose, i have had nothing but trouble with it. i went in for a septoplasty/ rhinoplasty. he was to removed a small hump on my dorsal and fix my septum. i came out with a turned up elf nose, that swung to the right with grafts that were to big. he had to trim them twice and when i still had pain he told me i was causing it, and sent me away for six months till my next visit. i evenually had to have a revision rhinoplasty. my new surgeon removed a strut that was twice as long as it should have been. Clevens will take your money, then never see you again. the nurse does all your after care(it was terrible). i tried to get my mediacl records. it took five requests, even from my ent and were not delivered.. and when they finally came there was no report that i even had a rhinoplasty. my new surgeon went in blind, not knowing what he would find. i knew something was wrong, and i was right.

    Hi Tricia and Dianha,
I was doing a Google search on Dr. Clevens and came across your blog. I came across the pictures on Dr. Clevens’ website and I thought some of them were very good. It’s interesting to hear from someone who has been through surgery with him. Dianha – if you’re checking this – I would love to chat with you further. I can send you my email address if you’d like.
    Thanks,
    Natalya
