Are you Brave?

March 1, 2006 by Tricia

Brave

Have you done anything that others might consider brave today? This week? This year? 🙂 Leave a comment and let me know what you did.

Hmmm Brave things I’ve done recently … let me see …

1. Does telling your doctor that your getting no where with him, and that you want a second opinion (one he’s been promising since last April!) count as being brave? If I does I did that on Tuesday!

2. How about putting my sites up for rent? Which means I’m asking others to decide if my pages are good enough to be displayed on their sites for a week? Ok, that’s not all that brave, but hey I want to rent my place out. Pick me! Pick me! Take my credits please! LOL

Alright! So it hasn’t been all that challenging of a week so far. Give me time. In the meantime I’d love to hear what you’ve done that you consider brave.

Off to work on a header for this site … gotta Jazz it up a bit.

I did a brave thing late lst year, I moved to germany with my boyfriend and I don’t know the language. I still wonder at myself sometimes.
wanted to say hi, came via blogmad

Tricia Says: Wow, moving to another country where you don’t know the language is BRAVE.  Good for you! From some of the posts on your site it seems like you are having a rough time of it on occasion. I hope it all works out. 🙂 Thanks for the visit.  I’m enjoying blogmad too- it’s easy to build up credits there isn’t it?

    #2 That is very brave!

I haven’t done anything brave lately. Maybe someday I’ll blog about the brave things I’ve done!

Tricia Says- I like your site. Some might consider it pretty brave to stand up for womens rights and womens health.  Those are some pretty tough issues.

I did the blog rent thing one time (put my blog on someone else’s) and I about died of embarrassment. lol I couldn’t take all the nice things she was saying about me.

    So yes, I think that’s a very brave thing you’re doing. 😀

Tricia says- Well I managed to by space for my other blog, but I haven’t had any takers for this blog. 🙁 People are leaving comments here so I gotta think it can’t be that bad of a blog.  Oh well.  I’ll keep trying! Glad you had so much luck and praise when you bought space for your blog.  Great site!
