ha ha ha. I’m sure those “heavyweights” there will never dreamed of being sick just to shed some weights (lol). By the way, mere worrying is also a great way to tone down weight…but I will not recommend this either. How about doing some backpacking traveling? Trekking hilly places, strolling with your love ones may sound so interesting…or shall we say in plain words -> exercise daily is enough.

another benefit of being sick is that not only you’ll be at rest, even the organs inside your body will be at rest… so,after recovering from sickness, you’ll get a fresh energy….
