I’ve been trying for years to get my husband to wear a CPAP mask. He doesn’t have apnea, but it’s still a life-threatening condition. I know, because I threaten his life every time he wakes me up repeatedly through the night, and I’m only half-joking.

How did you talk your husband into wearing one?

Loved Venomous Kate’s response. Hilarious. But seriously, the CPAP mask is a serious issue. I think if he has sleep apnoea, you guys have got to find a way to ensure he keeps it on

Try twisting the strap inside out so it fits tighter thats what we did and it seemed to help.Good luck.

I understand how you feel. My husband had the same problem. His snoring would always wake up the children in the night and most nights in the week i got broken sleep all night. He didn’t have to wear a CPAP mask but in the end he had to have surgery. Unfortunately even after the surgery his snoring is not much better. Now, we don’t know what to do? Good luck and best wishes.
