I believe hot dry weather is supposed to have some beenfit as well. I met a guy while travelling in Australia a few years ago who’d gone there in the hope that the weather might do some good for his psoriasis, but didn’t keep in touch so I couldn’t vouch for it

Organic all the way! People are either too skeptical or oblivious to it’s benefits. I used to have really bad eczema on my wrists – it went away years ago with prescription creme, but it’s comin back these days occasionally so I’ll have to consider those herbal sprays !

Hmmm… my daughter suffers from eczema… I will definitely have to give it a try next time it flares up…. did it work for you when you had your next flare up?

I personally know of people, including myself, who have overcome health problems by switching to organically produced foods and drinks.

I suffered from continual stomach upsets – mild but uncomfortable – which vanished when I went organic. The first time I went on holiday after I switched, it was impossible to eat organically. Within a couple of days the problem returned. When I got back home and went back to eating organic only my stomach irritation cleared up in a couple of days.

Before going organic my wife always suffered from a dry and spotty skin. One week after switching her skin was transformed. Now her complexion is smooth and clear.

None of this is surprising. Do we really think that ingesting synthetic, toxic chemicals won’t harm us?

I don’t know of any Psoriasis/Eczema sufferers who have gone organic so can’t give any testimonies there.

To you sufferers though – surely it’s worth a try!

Much of the country is experiencing the cooler weather of fall with chilly winter weather just around the corner. Dry, damaged skin will soon be on your skin care agenda. In the current economic climate we’re all looking for ways to save money, so instead of heading off to the pharmacy or the doctor, try a natural skin care solution this year.

Known for its calming properties chamomile tea is often taken at bedtime. But it can do much more than that. This versatile herb is known for its natural healing properties that help rejuvenate the skin. Instead of drinking the tea use it to rinse your face for a soft, healthy glow. Scientific investigation and research has shown that chamomile is an ideal skin care ingredient as it calms inflammation and can be used for a range of skin problems including dry skin, blemishes, scars, eczema, psoriasis, spider veins, age spots, and discoloration.

I used champori products (big cream/spray combo) for my scalp psoriasis for two days during the weekend and the result is really dramatic: the itch is gone, the patches flattened out and there is no more flakes on my shoulders!! This stuff works better than anything else I tried in the last 4 years for my psoriasis. Thanks for the post.

My wife has eczema and I have never heard of this before. I will be sure to pass this along to her as a possible remedy. We are into trying new stuff expecially if it is all organic and health and from nature. That is what it is all about.

Thanks for sharing!

I suffer from eczema too and am always looking for ways to relief the itch and discomfort. Have had success with a natural remedy don’t like taking alot of pills/medicine. Very glad to have this info.

I would rather have a natural product any day to help with my eczema than some very expensive prescription product that does not work at all.

That’s a great website on herbal psoriasis treatments. I’ve had some nice results from it. Downside is that it takes a pretty while to see some results.

Another product that really worked wonders for me is really a book on how to change lifestyle, nutrition and external factors that influence your psoriasis. It may seem trivial but it’s really helped my to get rid of my psoriasis mostly. I think it’s a greatly underestimated topic.
