I’m so happy with my new camera! I think I’ve had the camera for about a month now and every time I take a photo with it I’m just amazed at how well they turn out. My other camera took great photos but it didn’t do so well with low light or night time conditions. My new SLR doesn’t seem to have a problem with low light - well provided that I make sure it’s at the correct settings.
I’m didn’t even read any digital camera articles before I bought my camera. Oh, I’d done some research on and off over the past year, but just prior to purchasing my camera I didn’t read any write ups about them. I just went to a few stores and tried the camera’s out. I checked all the settings and got a good feel for how each camera felt in my hands and ended up getting the Canon EOS 30D SLR Digital camera.
I’ve still got a lot to learn about my new camera and I definitely want to buy a macro and a telephoto lens for it, but I’m happy to putter with the accessories that the camera came with for now.
