If you can afford what I call “power nap”- a 15 minutes relaxation with your eyes closed every hour- you can catch up on lost sleep….

Tricia, your blog is loading very slowly today. I think the MBL maybe causing that.

If those sleep patterns keep up, sign up for one of those sleep studies and at least get paid for insomnia! :)
