This weeks Theme is Five Since this weeks Photo Hunters theme is five, I thought that since I’ve been taking so many photos of my garden that I’d find one of my Spring blooming flowers. Did you know that there aren’t that many Spring bulbs or perennials that have five petals? Not of the ones that I grow anyway! Well I found a lovely photo or two of a five petaled flower. I took these photos of my Hellebores (Christmas Rose) about two weeks ago. They are still blooming! I love how long they last. 5 petals and the bud of a soon to be new flower: The lovely Christmas Rose bloom from another angle with yet another flower bud resting nearby: Sorry I was so late getting my Photo Hunter post done!
