Ha! I bet a lot of you did Christmassy stuff didn’t ya? Me? Nope … you know I’ve always gotta be different.

This is a photo that I took on bright sunny summer day. Look at that blue sky! We were driving in our car on a busy thoroughway called the QEW or Queen Elizabeth Way in Toronto, near Lake Ontario. I was lucky the photo didn’t blur. In fact it was so sharp that I put a little motion blur where the car is in a couple versions of this photo to give it more interest. But this version- it works for this theme … bright vibrant red, speeding along on a sunny summer day.

If you are a photo scavenger hunt participant please feel free to leave a link. All other links will be removed. Please do NOT link and RUN. I really really hate that.

    Great picture for the theme.
I read something once that said black and red cars were the ones most commonly lifted in a car theft. I can attest to the black one being true. This is a cherry red and not a maroon/burgandy red.
    Mine is up too.

Great photo of the car. Dh had a little red car when we first met and married. He loved that car! We joked about using a picture of his beloved little red car. If you check out my red, you’ll see I already had too many to choose from! LOL

Great picture!!! I love Toronto…will be up that way over Xmas and really looking forward to it.

I read SRP’s comment above about red cars being stolen more….I had a Mustang with a custom red paint job once…and it was broken into 5 times in the course of 4 years….I have to agree! lol. It was awful…but that was before I had a garage to hide it in….

Mine’s up! (and is cars too! )

I love the red-white-blue combination on this picture. It’s really unique! A great shot. And that’s just because it’s a half red car – with a very vibrant red too. Very creative of you ๐Ÿ™‚
