Have any other wordpress users had odd things happen when they were writing a post lately?
I have four blogs, and I use both WordPress 2.03 (on three of them) and WordPress 2.04 and I’ve noticed something funny lately when I’m typing out a post.
You know those tabs on the right hand side and at the bottom of the post? Discussion, Post slug, categories, optional excerpt? Well mine have been moving around on their own lately.
Yeah it’s true. So how could that happen?
I’ll be writing away and notice that, for example, the post time stamp tab is at the top of the list on the right. I’ll click on the post to save and continue editing and then the edit time stamp will be in the middle or at the bottom and categories will be at the top. This happens on both my laptop and desktop computer so I don’t think it’s a virus, and if it is it’s a pretty strange one.
Has anyone else had this problem? Well, not really that much of a problem, but irritating inconvenience perhaps?
Maybe WordPress got the Beta Blogger Virus from Blogger?
I’m not sure what to say about that. I use 2.0.4, 2.0.5 RC1 and 2.1 alpha3 and I’ve never seen anything like that.
I’m using whatever WordPress.com is running and I’ve never seen anything like that. Maybe your blogs are just getting into the Halloween spirit. 🙂
