Eating healthy is really important because what we do to our body will affect our daily work or activites. That is why I always eat green nowadays like lettuce and other vegetables. I feel great actually because of my new diet.

Another fact about healthy eating is that fruits should be eaten between meals…and another thing-definitely locally grown produce. Nice post!

Nothing is better than going out into my back yard and eating tomatoes right off the vine still warm from the sun. This year our tomatoes are doing very well as are the cucumbers however or squash have not produced anything and the peppers are doing as badly as the squash. Nothing is better than fresh home grown fruits and vegetables they taste the best and you can always be sure they are safely grown without any harsh chemicals. eating the freshest grown and most organic vegetables are not only the best for us but I think they just taste better. Good luck with your garden and enjoy the wonderful vegetables.
