I hope its not to late but putting a heating pad on the bruise will help a great deal. Also just try massaging the area as much as possible and this will help with the pain and the bruise a lot. I was told this after my last blotched shot and it did help.

I am from Philippines and so far, there is no flu outbreak now here. Though I promised myself I’ll get my flu shot early next year. As they say, Prevention is better than cure so better safe than sorry.

I’ve never had a flu shot, and never plan to. I’ve heard that they hurt, make you feel awful afterwards, and don’t work that well. Maybe they do though? You’ll have to keep us posted. God bless!

Great design of your blog, sorry off topic but I love your design, very balanced and easy on the eyes. We all had the vaccine recently due to my daughter being in the ‘at risk’ group. No problems over than a slight temp for any of us though.

I also am experiencing a lump and bruising right this very moment. I just received my shot at work (gov. agency). I took aspiring as soon as I got back to my desk and hopefully won’t be sick tonight.
