I eat at least 3 burritos a week, minimum. San Francisco’s Mission District has no shortage of taquerias. I prefer veggie myself and there are many options within the vegetable category for example nopales – cactus, mushroom, grilled this and that, avocado, etc. I also like nachos but I prefer to make them myself. I make fresh salsa – the key is fresh cilantro, good tomatoes and garlic. Mexican food can be very healthy but it is often wayyy to heavy.

Mexican food is probably my most favorite type of food. We are fortunate here in Reno to have a few outstanding Mexican restaurants.

I used to be like you and be a big fan of mexican food but rarely ate it. However, I’ve slowly been teaching myself how to make a variety of the dishes and so, have quesadillas almost far to regularly now. They taste great and they’re quick and easy to make. Full of win :) .
