In some cases you give them your username and password for the account in other cases just your username and they do the rest. It only took me a few minutes to sync my social sites with Second Brain. Very easy. While it's working on syncing one of your accounts you can move on and set up another account to sync. I think this could become a popular site once more people know about it.
