Those are some good pics. Our dog's name is Midnight as well. Our dog is a male Boston Terrier. So far he has not discovered the joys of playing in the mud, thank goodness.

Thanks for all of your comments. Yes she had a great time that day and as I said near the bottom of the post she found some cleaner water to take a dip in with the other dog so both dogs were a lot cleaner by the time we got them back to our cars ... no mud in the car or our home, but we did have to dry her off. It's amazing how much water her fur holds!

I didn't realize how much mud she had on her tongue until I looked at the picture .. .that must have tasted nasty! Well maybe to a dog it tasted great - who knows! LOL

It's supposed to rain here tomorrow, but if it doesn't we might take her out for a long walk at Taylor Creek again. Chris and I enjoy our walks there too. It's a nice place and we can let her run off leash in the area owned by Hydro (electric company) so she gets some good exercise.

Heh, heh... looks like she had fun - and look at her muddy tongue! Hugo did the same this summer, but then he laid down in the mud and rolled over... it was so funny to see and he seemed to be enjoying it so much I didn't even try to stop him.

Hate to see what your car looked like afterward! But she's cute, so I guess you forgive her.
