Very Very Pretty. I have several roses here, that were here when I bought the house. I would love to plant more, lots of different colors, all I have now are red. I throw some epsom salts around them every couple of months and they seem to like it. In fact I put epsome salts around all my plants and trees. The Palms really love it.

Those are really pretty roses.

Heres a little trick I learned awhile ago to make some very interesting looking roses...

You mix some food coloring with a little bit of water (in your case red or blue would probably look best) then pick a rose when it is just starting to open up, and put it into a cup with your colored water, then put it in the window. it makes the coolest patterns and colors on the petals.

It looks a lot like my 4th of July rose but it has a wonderful aroma. The only problem is of the three roses I have planted in that group, this one attracts all the Japanese Bettles. How I hate those bugs!!!!
I plan to blog about my roses this year and those awful pests soon.

Beautiful rose. It's been a bit cool this year in Fort William, and I think our cat has been fertilising our rose bush. It only had one solitary rose, which remarkably resembled the one you have pictured.

It is blooming most beautifully - sometimes it takes a while for them to come into their own. I would say it is quite happy!

Nice roses. I have to agree with Eaglehawk. My hybrid teas have very little scent as well.

I believe that Hybrid Tea Roses are mostly scentless or at least it seems that way.
