Thank goodness. First it'll be working out and eating clean. And I'm going to focus on resistance training just to keep everything tight and firm. My mind is almost ready for the transformation process. I really love the Miracle Suit. I have one years ago and got so many compliments whenever I wore it. Spiegel has GREAT suits too! I love it. I save a ton on the product and I don't have to waste gas driving to the store. And I can do it in my pajamas lol. You should also check out Miraclesuit swimwear, great stuff. They have a website but I forget the URL. I have a blog about it. Don't know how much you'd be interested if you're slim though, miraclesuit is more for plus size women. I usually invest in several sets of thermals every year, but this year I forgot until the temperature started to dip.
