They really give a wonderful gloss look on the surface. My parents have a very old kitchen worktop which is marble (about 90yrs old) and it is the best. I imagine they are quite pricey. Using CNC machines is a smart idea - less waste and less mistakes. I know I would want a precise fit if I was going to pay all that money!
