We were planning our wedding for about 6 months and she had a file with everything categorised, and insisted on weekly progress meetings. Everything went perfectly in the end - but her freak-out ratio went through the roof the week before the wedding when my dress hadn't yet arrived from Australia (we're in UK)! I wasn’t a bridezilla but my 18-year-old daughter was - talk about a control freak! Well, after digging our heals in, and standing up for ourselves, we came to a fair resolution.<br /> Advice: If you plan on having rings custom made, have the jeweler write an estimate and guarantee it within a reasonable amount,like a couple hundred, NOT $1000!<br /> Anyways, it all worked out and we have gorgeous platinum wedding bands with four diamonds each(that were my Grandmothers) sunk into the bands . I'm not married yet, but never thought about the fact that guests have to be told what to do. Its true. They're kinda like sheep, hey? Lost without the shepherd. LOL. Please give some tips on things to remember and focus on for weddings. I have a feeling some of the antics on the show are a little bit staged. As a wedding videographer, I've been to maybe 200 weddings. I don't think I've ever really encountered a crazy bride.
