Strange that something as simple as making a little quiet time for ourselves is so unusual nowadays. We just get so busy living for others, that we don't realise it even when we've lost ourselves somehwere down the line. I know I did, and it just hit me one day. That got me down in the dumps awhile before I broke out and decided to do something about it. Now, my ME time happens at night after I've packed the kids off to an early bed-time! Hi Tricia
A ME Day, I like it! Strange that something as simple as making a little quiet time for ourselves is so unusual nowadays.
