		<description>BTW in case I mislead anyone, this neighbor knows that I think his voice and laugh is like that of Roger the Alien.    It's not like I spend all my time with the guy laughing behind his back. :)  

He's a really nice guy, but extremely talkative.  At least when he laughs, he's one of those people, partly because of his funny laugh, that you just can't help laughing along.  So there really is a lot of laughter all round when we do get together. 

We spend time at each others houses every once in a while. You know, dinner parties, hanging out in the garden (drinking) etc.   He and his partner are good people.  It's just that sometimes, I don't feel like talking for three hours - which is why I was cringing yesterday when I heard his voice outside. LOL</description>
