Hey, Tricia, I haven’t heard too much about macrobiotic diets before, I am glad that you wrote about them. I have a plate and 5 screws (well, 4.5 because one of them is cracked!) in my left foot so I am always looking for ways to alleviate the pain.

I am sure you already know this but, my doctor told me that Aleve was a great anti-inflammatory for pain and that they were safe to take (daily if needed). I will have to do some research on some macrobiotic diets, it sounds interesting (and those meals you described sound delicious!). And, please do share some recipes, I’m always looking fro new ones.

Scott

p.s. Thanks for more of your kind words about Wallhogs, we really appreciate it, Tricia.

I love cooking!

A friend of mine practices the macrobiotic diet. Several years ago I bought a book on the topic in some ways it’s similar to vegetarians with the exception that those who follow the macrobiotic lifestyle do eat some animal meat.
