I take anti-inflammatory drug before I work in the yard and then I come in and take a hot bath. I have a bad back and I can get laid out for days after doing yard work. Which is a pity because it is such as stress reliever. You can see the difference your work makes as soon as you are finished. Just stopping by my faves for Click & Comment Monday. Oh, girl, that is not good. I take anti-inflammatory drug before I work in the yard and then I come in and take a hot bath. I have a bad back and I can get laid out for days after doing yard work. I totally know how you feel. I do the same thing I'll be doing my housework and just trying to get it done. musing around my house then later in the evening while im sitting relaxing i feel all types of creaks and clicks.
